Following an unsuspected breakup, Danika and Daniella go their separate ways expecting to never see each other again. That is until Danika starts dating the brother Daniella never told her about. Dealing with her ex-girlfriend dating her brother Daniella’s got a few tricks up her sleeve. We learn that tough shells aren’t all they’re cracked up to be and our family doesn't always set us up with the best relationship values. The truth is brought to the dinner table this Thanksgiving in ‘Tis The Season presented by Broad Views on Broadway this November!
The Artist & Director
Janelle Lawrence received her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Manhattanville College. In her performance career she has worked with Austin Pendleton, Chris Wells and Ntozake Shange. As a writer, composer, and lyricist Janelle has had her musicals SUBLIMINAL, 'TIS THE SEASON, and GROUP THERAPY at various Theaters in the NYC area. Her operetta MIXING MARX WITH MADNESS was presented at Dixon Place on the Main Stage. She has just finished her residency with the 92nd St Y Musical Theatre Development Lab: Collective.
